last place in 3 of his 4 years there. That title was a fluke. Can someone explain to me why Cherington was forced out of Boston? They just won a WS two years ago.

reading they may change the size of the strike zone to hopefully increase offense![]()

What free agents are gonna want to go there knowing this? This feels like Millen-to-Mayhew all over again. He showed no progression in his handling of starters/bull pen and they bring him back? With a team with so many question marks going into next season cant start with a weakness at manager...Dont trust Avila to build the team properly either

For good reason. That team has looked like the first or 2nd best team in the Majors on paper the last couple years. Posting that pic showing all of 'em picking the Nats is stupid, because if you asked 99% of ppl that are even remotely interested in baseball who they thought would win that division, they all would said the same thing.espn has been on the Nationals dikk the last 3 years. Im sure they'll pick them again next season

Might be the most disappointing team in MLB history, considering their roster, and the division they played in. Oh, and they have the NL MVP, who's having one of the best seasons ever for a 22 year old. I wouldn't be surprised to see Matt Williams get fired immediately after they finish their last game.
Yeah, they had their share of injuries, but Williams is definitley gone. He couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper bag, and today there are reports coming out that he has lost his locker room.Matt Williams gotts go but didn't they have some crucial injuries this year??
I've been pretty high on the Nats in the past, but after they lost to Giants in the playoffs especially in the fashion in which they did I was done with them.
