Heyward is working on his swing mechanics right now in arizona and has 2 opt outs after 2018 and 2019
he'll return to form and be a .265-.290 hitter with elite defense then hopefully opt out after 2 more championships

Cubs won the world series with heyward being terrible offensively he won a gold glove and contirbuted to the best defense in mlb and will be better offensively '17 and beyond.
Tigers missed the playoffs with cabrera having high ops and couldn't find anybody to take any of their albatross contracts to their 30+players
I'll take that trade off every time
