Tyler Clippard Traded to Astros from White Sox

Tyler Clippard is on the move for the second time this season.

The Chicago White Sox announced they traded the relief pitcher to the Houston Astros "in exchange for a player to be named later or cash considerations."

Before the news was announced, Clippard had already updated his Twitter profile to reflect being a part of the new team, as shared by Sports Illustrated.

Bullpen has thrown a lot innings, because of the poor starting pitching. That starts to add up over time and effect productivity over time.

The same thing we saw with Chris Davis. They just need to need him alone and let him be. Eventually he'll be a .250 hitter but 40+ and 100RBIs. You gotta deal with the 200Ks. Plus he isn't a bad glove at 1st.
