Random thought, but I was thinking today about how in 1998, Juan Gonzalez hit 26 homers with 101 RBI --- IN THE FIRST HALF of the season.
He would actually hit better in the 2nd half, but without the same RBI opportunities and finished the season with 157 (still led the league).

He's kind of forgotten as one of the better sluggers of the 1990s though.

He was great but a lot of great players were putting up video game numbers then that he and others get forgotten

Yes we are. How about you and your fam? Today me and some friends went out towards Normandy on a boat to help out. Just sad to see all those who have lost everything

That's awesome, it's cool seeing everybody doing what they can to help out. It's surreal watching the news and seeing all the places you drive by on a regular basis being completely under water.

I left town early Friday morning and I've been gone since, so I'm good physically. Just hoping my house and property are fine. My sister's house got hit by a tornado on Saturday. Her property was damaged, but she wasn't hurt. But other than that we've been lucky to miss out on a lot of the damage. I can't even imagine what it would feel like to lose everything so suddenly. This whole thing has been heartbreaking.
