season over so now we look forward to free agency and the draft :mjcry:

Jimmy,Pierce, and Judon are our only big free agents

i say we let them all walk

Judon wont be worth whatever he gets,I'd rather go after Clowney

Jimmy stay hurt and we already extended Peters

if Cincy doesnt tag AJ Green we should target him along with Clowney

this is a deep ass receiver draft too so we better take 1(2 if we dont sign Green)

draft some dlineman that can actually rush the passer.Wormley bum ass shouldnt be starting next year

draft some interior offensive lineman

get a safety with some speed

we need a speed back too.We got almost nothing out of Justice Hill

Lamar being great this year really did cover alot holes we have but they cant put it all on his back next season

this L hurts but we got a nice young core to work with, just need a few more key pieces

Let all our free agents walk, get another playmaker on offense like at least 1 besides Lamar.

Y'all got away from the run too soon in my opinion. Also, the dropped passes.

I will say, y'all should keep whoever is on that oline because they be blocking for real for real.

Unfortunately, our best one may call it quits. I hope Yanda comes back for one more year.

Before the season I thought next year was our time not this one. Like @STAN JONES said in the OP, we came into the season with some major holes that Lamar and the scheme covered up.

Damn Judon is a FA too? No wonder he was balling out this year. I guess if Wink stays we will still be able to manufacture a pass rush. But Clowney would be a god send. Even though we got some size at the DT spot I feel like our front seven is still weak as hell and would take one hell of a haul in the draft/FA to get us back to Elite again.

I heard that Yanda might be retiring too?:francis: Not sure if it's better to draft or find someone in FA? Even though they got pushed around this game they were dominate all season and still gave some decent pass protection.

We def have to draft at least two WRs this draft. shyt is way too deep. And IMO even try to get a established production WR like you said in Green on top of that. I can see the whole league looking at this game and thinking they can replicate that d.

We also need to find a good receiving/explosive back, since I feel Ingram will get hurt again and I'm not sure of any other downhill physical running backs that might be available. Would give us more flexibility with those pistol sets.

i kinda saw this coming every since the 9ers game but was hoping I was wrong

they were too cocky for a young team that aint won shyt

i kinda wanted them to lose at some point before the season was over to humble them a little bit

yeah 2020 was always supposed to be when we started our run

we were a year early cause of the big jump Lamar took this year

Im confident we'll be alot better next season

we have the cap space and hella picks

I can't knock the team. They exceeded my expectations. From barely winning the AFCN last season to having the best record in the AFC was a huge leap.

Lamar should not hang his head. He had a great season. Yes it didn't end like we wanted it to and he's going to catch a lot of flack but I hope he just continues to get better and comes back stronger next season.

Wtf is wrong with our coaching staff. I don't know why we didn't run the ball with Edwards more. Say what you want but we led the league in rushing and no one had stopped us. So why do we always get away from the run when we don't need to. I hope the coaching staff really watches tape this offseason and learns from this.

Please, please, please. If we have a bye next season do not sit everyone for 3 fukking weeks.

I really dont think Judon would be a big loss

hes a solid pass rusher and not good at all at setting the edge or defending the run

hes gonna get overpaid, especially after making the probowl

i just hope we arent the ones overpaying him

far as teams trying to replicate what the Titans did,I dont see it

they really didnt do anything that other teams havent been doing all year

We just played like shyt and choked

I dont have a problem with sitting the players

im not gonna use the rust excuse

Lamar has to play better than he did

he padded the fukk out of his stats in the 4th but he had a bad game

probably his 2nd worst game all year behind the 1st Steelers game

you cant be playing your worst football in the playoffs so I cant give Lamar a pass

him,Roman, and Harbs deserve the most blame

coaching was awful

i knew when we started the game out passing alot it was gonna be the Browns and Chiefs games all over again

cant really fault the D cause we all knew they were ass foreal

we needed our offense to carry us like they've been doing all year and they put up 12 fukking points

I say they go after an edge rusher with their 1st pick. I'd stay away from Clowney because of the price tag. Second round should be an interior offensive lineman or middle linebacker if the offensive lineman they really want is gone. However, if Yanda doesn't retire, go after a WR or damnit another edge rusher especially if Judon leaves or we don't get a decent replacement in FA. Receivers should be found in the 3rd and 4th round. I think our secondary is good going into this off-season. If they do draft a corner or safety, I say get them very late in the draft for special teams or get a guy that may have fell due to some character issues.

I think they have a solid enough locker room now that they can afford to have a rookie knucklehead in there and are still able to maintain order. Not some old knucklehead like OBJ or AB.

The defense needs to get more sacks and create turnovers next season. We need a legit guy who can consistently get pressure and get at least 8 strip sacks next season.

We almost always try to fill holes in FA so that we're not desperate during draft night. Rookies always preferable because they are homegrown and cheap, but we need at least one sure proven player on the front seven. Whoever it is, hopefully he can provide some leadership, because I don't know if we really have that in the front seven.

we need a safety BAD

Earl is washed

theres a reason why they have him blitz half the time on obvious passing downs

I like Chuck Clark. He stepped up and played well after Tony Jefferson got hurt

We're probably gonna cut Jeffereson to get more cap space.Hes not worth 10 mill a year and Clark makes like 600k

we should have over 60 mill in cap space so its gonna be interesting to see what they do with it

I would spend most of the cap on the defense and the draft picks on the offense

Clowney should be our #1 free agent target. He worth 20 mill per IMO

We desperately need a disputive player like him in our front 7 plus hes great at setting the edge and stopping the run

he fits our system perfectly

edge rushers go early so I dont see us getting one with the 28th pick.We would probably have to trade up

at that spot it will probably be a better WR ,interior olineman,or interior dlineman prospect available...maybe even a safety
