Who do yall think should be the coach after Harbaugh and Orr? Who’s good out there

Depending on the situation, if Harbaugh overwhelming influenced Orr’s pre/in-game strategy and playcalling…I’m willing to let him remain DC with the guidance of Pogano.

Monken…remains OC…have a feeling Harbaugh has wayyy too much influence on Monken playcalls and strategy.

The coordinators don’t want to go rogue and cross Harbaugh

everybody can’t be running deep routes when you know you’re getting blitzed

that seems to be a common theme in these big games under Harbaugh

Same story for 18 years. Bad gameplan, bad play calling, no adjustments, and being entirely outclassed by every great coach they play against.

That’s a Harbaugh, and Monken problem.

They continue to repeat the same mistakes. How can they probably coach the players, when they refuse to learn and improve smh.

I’m also over blaming Orr, Monken, Harbaugh, and the other coaches.

I’m focused on the muthafukka who’s keeping them employed. Steve Bisciotti. He owes it to the fans, and players to ensure we’re performing on all cylinders. Players are risking their prime years, health, and body over incompetent coaching.

Lamar was flying prior to the Ed Oliver hit vs the Bills. Got beat up by the Browns, Lions, and Chiefs. It’s not sustainable for Lamar or any QB to be healthy behind this offensive and scheme.

This is it right here. Harbaugh has been showing for 15 years now that he’s unfit to coach this team and neither Ozzie or decosta will pull the trigger. You can’t ask the fans to keep showing up when the team looks this poorly prepared every week. His predecessor got the axe for failing to win for 7 years with Anthony wright, Elvis Grbac, Kyle Boller, and a broken down Steve McNair but he’s been allowed to waste 8 years of Lamar Jackson, winning just 3 playoff games in that span. It’s an insult to us all.

The only person who can fix this is Bisciotti. Fans, and the media need to start calling out Bidciotti. The smart folks in the thread in 3 or so days there’s no point in complaining about Harbaugh when he’s allowed to fukk up at everyone’s expense.

Would love for Lamar to have 1:1 meeting with Orr to get to the bottom of the piss-poor defensive strategy….brotha to brotha would hope Orr tell Lamar the truth and not cover for Harbaugh.

This the shyt Bisciotti and EDC should be doing…someone in that building needs to focus on the details…it’s clear no one is when the team continues to repeat the same mistakes.

That's a player communication issue. Why is a WR not reading and reacting or a QB not calling hot in certain scenarios. That's for the skill guys to work out with each other at the NFL level.

Bring in Russell Wilson as a back up and have him show/help Lamar with the CEO aspect. Russell Wilson is not a threat to Lamar's job and Lamar could learn some things from Russ.

I don't know how they can't see the success they have on the ground. The eye test, analytics and film has to tell them they can run the ball. Lamar gotta audible to some run plays. He audibles all the time, I don't know why he's reluctant when they call some dumb shyt.

I know alot of us have mentioned Brian Flores as a replacement for Harbaugh. I'd like to see that too. However, I think one of the reasons Bisciotti keeps Harbaugh around is because he keeps the attention off him. The way Flores aired everything out after he was fired from the Dolphins tells me that owner's like Bisciotti wouldn't hire him because anything Flores doesn't like could be made public which holds people accountable. Bisciotti gives me the impression he wants a public affairs guy at HC, not a functional one.

Honestly I think there's a standing order amongst owners to ensure Flores never gets a head coach job again. And he likely knows it. He did a couple interviews that were clearly Rooney Rule farces (Bears) or half assed (Jets, who were always gonna hire Glenn). You'd think there would be far more interest in a guy innovating defense but he's the wrong color and wrong personality so nobody cares.

If Lamar can’t do shyt against the blitz, then no QB can. Last season was ranked #1 QB vs the blitz. He’s been ranked top 3 vs the blitz the last 3 seasons.
