It might be time to bench Bateman

I think the offense would be better with Zay,D-Hop,and Tez as our 3 receivers

Probably true.

Sucks for me because Bateman's been my guy for a while

I think Bateman can be a stud. I've actually always liked him more than Hollywood brown and really REALLY hope he gets all of the targets brown got last year (which was 146 )

I know these are just highlights but God damn Bateman is so damn polished for having less than 16 games under his belt. We better use him right

Because harbaugh is the woat when it comes to challenging borderline plays. I pretty much accepted that a decade ago.

Not sure. I was surprised that it wasn't initially ruled a TD since it would have been reviewed.

It might have been another game I was watching, but before that happened, "replay assist"/New York over ruled the refs, which saved the coach a challenge. Harbaugh probably thought replay assist would intervene.

Harbaugh is Coach Klein from Waterboy.

Don't remember seeing anything posted. Clowney signed with the Cowboys. Ravens are going to have to look elsewhere for pass rush help.

Gonna be a long season if they can't generate a pass rush against good olines. Browns do not have a good oline, so I'm not using yesterday as the pass rush moving forward.

I was a Bateman guy too

I still believe hes the most talented receiver on the team but hes soft and his effort isn’t there on a down to down basis

too many times I see him jogging through routes or he’ll just completely stop in the middle of a route

Him and Lamar are never on the same page and he just plays soft whenever we play a good defense

It was nice to see tye coaches finally give the other receivers some snaps and they actually made plays

I get that they’re trying to save D-Hop for the playoffs and thats why he doesn’t play alot but they should really start giving some of Bates snaps to Tez

even Tylan Wallace looked better than Bate yesterday

the main problem with our pass rush is we don’t have the speed to deal with mobile QBs and for some reason we never spy the QB

they’ll be fine against pocket passers like Flacco,Goff,Stroud,etc

its the mobile guys who are gonna kill us

What I don’t understand is Ojabo being a healthy scratch the first 2 games

what was the point of keeping him if hes not gonna play…and its a contract year for him

at some point you gotta give the guy consistent reps to see if he can actually play

we basically wasted a high 2nd round pick just for him to rot on IR and the bench for 4 years

DHOP needs more reps. I get wanting Wallace blocking out there, but damn its keeping the offense simplified when its far more explosive with Hopkins.

Bateman...its tough. Cause he's the most natural WR (since DHOP is 33) on the team. He should be the classic #1WR. He's just been in and out of the lineup over the years so he's not as locked in and physically not as aggressive.

I didnt think of Walker as a top 3 WR...yet. However, his downfield speed should open up the pass and run.


Also what is Jim doing keeping Keaton inactive. Games like today where they are stopping Henry is when you need a real change of pace back

Yeah Keaton being inactive makes no sense to me

its no way any competent coach would choose to have Rasheen Ali active over Keaton

and then Ali goes out there and gets a concussion on the opening kick off

didn’t look like the special teams had any drop off with him not out there either
