This is the first time in years richmond california hasnt made the list either. Doesnt make the list wrong. Crime is down in both cities
Chicago doesnt make this list cause its not as bad as these 25 cities. You only think its the worst because thats what the media would have you believe.

8 people shot in same incident in oakland, including a 1 year old baby = maybe makes the news scroll thing on the bottom of the tv
