Welcome to the 2014 Coli Male Draft​

With an astounding number of females and possible participants, this years draft is going to prove to be a good one.

1.) With the first pick of the 2014 @CinnaSlim has gone with popular with the laides member @Yuffie aka @Billy Costigan . Can't say I'm surprised, good pick for the ladies. @CinnaSlim obviously knows the direction of her team, and is working her way there.
2.) With the second pick of the 2014 draft, @DarlingNikki has taken Coli favorite @Tony_Bromo . We all expected Tony Bromo to go early, but with other Coli favorites such as @charmander and @KOOL-AID still on the board. This is shaping up to be a spectacular draft.

who are the favorites on your draft board?

I have a few questions before my final considerations...


• How much overall talent is there available on the draft board?
• How effectively does the draftee address the owner's key personnel needs?
• How efficient were the draftees in maneuvering their position up the draft board?

What I like about this draft is that I am in a championship window , and I have to manage to balance both the need for immediate help and also get a lot of talent for the future. So that this window can remain open.
