I have a few questions before my final considerations...


• How much overall talent is there available on the draft board?
• How effectively does the draftee address the owner's key personnel needs?
• How efficient were the draftees in maneuvering their position up the draft board?

What I like about this draft is that I am in a championship window , and I have to manage to balance both the need for immediate help and also get a lot of talent for the future. So that this window can remain open.
