I have just little enough going on in real life to actually want to see this happen tonight....so here's my suggestion.
Make a new thread, make the draft rounds 10-20 minutes long, that means there's no order, but each person picks whoever they want per 20 minutes. So for example, it's 8pm est now, if we started now, everybody would pick 1 person in this 20 minutes. then at 8:20 we start round 2 and everybody makes a new pick for the second round, and so on and so forth.

These threads went smoother with the older coli ladies.

problem is you can't count on people being online at a certain time to make picks, which is why i basically threw order out the window.....I think just making picks whenever would work if a few ladies got the ball rolling here....
