2005-2006 Kobe Bryant had probably one of the best seasons in NBA history. Dude was robbed of the NBA MVP to Steve Nash. To be honest Steve Nash did his thang that year also. It shouldve been co-MVPs that year.
2005-2006/ 80 gms./ ppg. 35.4/ 4.5 apg./ 5.3 rpg.

I recall for about two seasons 2005-2006 and 2006-2007, that nikka Kobe would pass that bytch to either Luke Walton or any one of them sorry nikkas, and they would brick that hoe.

They won 45 games. You can't win that award without having one of the best records in the league and winning at least 50 no matter what stats you put up. The first time Kobe lead his team to one of the best records in the league he actually won the award

You take Kobe off that specific team, and they winning 5 games. I hate that they announce the MVP winner damn near in the third round of the playoffs.

I remember reading the box score on ESPN, like wow at that typo...sad part is, those points were needed just to beat that bum ass squad...its hard for me to even watch the performance, it takes me back to a dark period as a Laker fan

Did anyone in here mention David Robinsons 71 point game? That was pretty impressive...seeing he didnt take all those uncontested 3's like Kobe. Its more comparable to Wilt to me.
