Nah these are all legit intelligences. You can be mathematically brilliant but not understand people and social cues and vice versa.

The categories seem irregular to me. Some of them are just how you choose to apply yourself.

I'm high on 1 and 7 through both natural gifts and hard work. I'm high on 9 due to life experiences. I think I have 3 and 5 too but those are just a consequence of being a 1 and then choosing to apply myself in those areas. Hell, I've done my best to apply myself to all 9 of them and succeeded in some respects in each case. There are people on this site who thought I was a professional writer, even though I naturally suck at writing and had to work on that specific weak spot for years in order to even be passable.
