meat filler.
There's no research on its safety over here(there is one but judge blocked it from public record) but its banned in europe.Producers of LFTB start with beef trim. This is the “waste” meat and fat that results from trimming higher quality beef cuts (such as steaks) to customer specifications, and is usually used to make ground beef.
The LFTB process begins by separating most of the fat from the beef. This is done by warming the trim and “spinning out” the fat in centrifuges. The result is a very lean beef: approximately 94-97% lean, according toBeef Products Inc. This lean beef can be mixed with higher-fat beef in order to produce low-fat ground beef and processed meat products.
But beef trim is notorious for carrying pathogenic bacteria – especially, E. coli O157:H7 and its close cousins, the non-O157 STEC bacteria. So Beef Products Inc. developed an ammonia gas treatment step to kill the microbes.
get some chia seed, blows flax out the water on omega 3's...I stopped eating, just not good for you.
Seriously, that free-range grass fed meat is almost twice as expensive as the regular meats. I try to eat as much flaxseed as possible, lots of omega-3's in that I believe.

They don't sell that round my way. It's either this and/or fish/krill oil pills.
it's just recently start to "pop", check in the whole foods section of your market. Or if you have like a Sprouts or whole foods you can get a shyt load for like 10 bucks. I eat it with everything from oatmeal to fish, i put it in my turkey burgers, sometiems i'll just eat it straight up like flower seeds. It has near no taste but is pretty damn good for you...do you want to pay now or later? Most Americans couldn't handle the taste of wild meat. It tastes very different.
Grass fed cow milk is around 10 dollars a gallon. Grass fed beef is similarly expensive.
I recognize the higher quality of grass fed versus corn-fed, but I eat beef so rarely that doesn't matter to me at all. I much rather pay a cheaper price.
I think Americans should consider alternative meats like rabbit, ostrich, snake and insects.
Think about how many chicken fetes bad chicken butts go unused or tossed-out. Those parts are really tasty.
