It's made up honestly by this dude back in like the 90s I forget the book but depending which theorist you ask they'll either say something like the goverment officials are fallen angels, aliens, or possessed and they'll steal the money and funds from the american people as well as third world countries through psuedo wars.

I been saying this for a while now. There is definitely an agenda going on right now to make people believe Aliens are real so that they can fake an alien invasion of earth to not only ethnically cleanse the planet with a huge genocide but to also lead to the creation of a world government.

They have been working this operation for decades now. They might finally have the technology to actually pull of this false flag attack.
