@Mook already stated part of the reason. The main reason is becuz that nikka is washed up and over with. He need to just go back to doing slapstick comedy like he was doing at first and quit wasting everybody time trying to be a serious actor. Me Myself and Irene was the last time Jim did a pure comedy movie. I heard he gonna be in The Anchorman sequel. He could revive his career, but if he ain't doing what he got famous for doing then he can eat a dikk.
