you gotta believe maybe they wanted him all along,and maybe the studio said he wasn't a big enuff star,or he couldn't do it....bcuz other wise casting him as Venom is the most random shyt I ever seen.

I'm saying...he had the smart ass attitude and was condescending throughout the whole movie. Perfect Spider-Man right there in front of you the whole time and you turn him into Venom the last 30 minutes of the movie meanwhile Harry acting like a retarded Down syndrome stricken idiot doing the twist with Mary Jane in the kitchen. Good god they fukked that movie up.

Just sayin...Peter has been drawn by countless artists since the 60s and there are several instances where Andrew looks very similar to Peter of the comics.

Fair enough, breh. I grew up on that too so but that peter was modeled after the guy who played Peter in the live action 70s show, not comic book Peter.
