That’s my crux I have a wife and 2 babies so I can’t really throw caution to the wind. Luckily my average share price is $46 so I’m not doing too bad either since I bullied at $35 then bought a grip more at $45. If it dips to $10/15 I’ll buy some more though.

The counter to this is but then what happenes? They naked shorted these companies to force them into bankruptcy. If these companies don't go bankrupt then how will they ever get out of their short positions. They whole reason this is an issue is because they have not covered and they literally can't cover. So what resolve is there?

Thats the situation. They short tf out the ETFs when regular shares aren't enough and the whole market suffers for it.

Think of all the times the media has pushed "Inflation fears..." to explain days like this since February. Its bullshyt, just shorting meme stocks through ETF l but they dont have enough money/leverage to go long on the other stocks to hide it anymore


Worst part is ETFs can create shares at will so you can't squeeze them. Just gotta keep running up the stock till they have to rebalance again
