The amount of wenching happening on television is becoming ridiculous.

I love it when you guys bring up the hip hop as if black women weren't complaining and protesting to be in rap videos. Thank god I actually know shyt about media in the 80s,70, and 90s or maybe I would have dapped this
Yes. They were protesting to be included but not be degraded in the process. They wanted respect, not to be replaced.:mjtf:

women have no race loyalty, their only loyalty is to power or perceived power.
A lot of these white worshipping "WOC" lowkey love racist white men even though they be complaining about white supremacy and claim to be against racism...they don't have the strength to be with one of their own men and lowkey resent not being born a white woman.

Thing is NO ONE bought up chattel slavery my dude. i specifically said before slavery.

You're a cool dude, I respect you but no offense but please try reading. And hell even if you wanna speak about specifically the USA BW/WM unions are still far older like @Supper pointed out.

the point of the post was never to discuss the longevity of bw/wm pairings. the point of the post was to discuss the amount of contemporary wenching happening on television, and since most entertainment is coming out of america, i'm speaking from the perspective of an american. there is no speaking about america without speaking on chattel slavery. my point was that white women are just as evil as white men. which again, would be a point i'm sure you can agree with.

either way, i'm not here to argue with you, be condescending or insulting. you dudes need to relax. we are both saying the same thing. (unless you're somehow defending white women, which is weird). the blanket indictment is on the entire race, not just white men.

Elizabeth I, before slavery, was largely responsible for the racial mistreatment of "blackamoors" in Tudor England, if you wanna speak about before slavery.

i already pointed out that women are loyal to power, rather than race. i think that statement alone succinctly summarizes the problem with bw.

That's not true at all. BW/WM couples in the media have always been significantly over repesented in the media compared to BM/WW couples.

BW/WM couples are more than twice as represented in movies as BM/WW couples despite being outnumbered more than 2:1 in real life. This comes straight from a website that complied all of the interracial couples in TV/movies up to up to 2015. If that's not a sign of the deliberate systematic propagandized attempt to celebrate and embellish white males as the ideal man then I don't know what is.

@Bawon Samedi Why TF they are always allowed to get away with pushing blatantly false narratives like this and then conjuring up elaborate as narratives around it, like you know who coming in here with the long ass "black women told you so"(they didn't)duck tales in paragraph form as if bw are on bleeding edge of racial justice and empowerment(they aren't)?

Funny cuz every other group of ppl seems to clearly see it. But, in our community bw are so good at projecting and spinning narratives shyt gets distorted.

Why is it that films and TV shows depict interracial relationships where it's a white male and other (black, Latina, Middle Eastern, Asian), but rarely the other way around?

Why You're Seeing Women of Color/White Men Pairings On TV

The Last Taboo: Will Smith, “Focus,” And Hollywood’s Interracial Couples Problem

Why aren't there as many black men with white women on TV as there are white men with black women?

Is it true that Hollywood is against black men being romantically involved with white women?
Ok you brought data I can’t argue that. Whether it is black women being portrayed in interracial relationships or if it’s black men. We all know who is behind the propaganda and why that is. I’m not ashamed to admit when I’m wrong, only nikkas that like to sit on here all day and talk in circles deny when they’re wrong. I was simply going by what I see on Tv and in movies.

HEy. society hates to see strong black men in the media smashing women and kicking ass. ..it's made to cater to white male inferiority/mediocrity. Cause the majority of the viewing and production demographic are white males that want to see themselves in those characters. They want to dominate over us...not see us as equals or look up to us.

I took notice watching The Flash. I shrugged it off but it's levels to this shyt. I'm not advocating for more black man/white woman shyt either. The last few I remember were Save the last dance and Focus (never watched) but when or if you think about it, it's been a lot more White male/ Black woman action in the last 10 to 15 years. It's normalized. Do you know how rare that is? The only time I saw it was at Six Flags last year. Very rare to you see a black woman with a white make. Lol I take the only part back my lady friend married to a white dude(he cool for a white) but her people from Ghana

Its all from data analytics.

These are the romantic pairings that interest viewers or grab the attention the most for some reason, so they make sure to put atleast one of these in every show for good measure.

They feel the need to keep some type of "juicy taboo" to keep people fascinated... Show biz for you. Luckily for me i don't watch tv.

All this. Plus its white folks throwing out the subliminal...we gonna still be running and fukking yall over even when we not the majority.

Or conditioning like they did with Asian girls.

You literally see this now, Black women/girls and not a Black male to be found(unless they Gay). I dont even watch TV, but literally every time I'm over someone's house with TV, thats literally all I see with ads.

Where are these kinds of threads when black men are always paired with these wack ass white broads? Or is that different, or ok?
It was never done to this extent. In the vast majority of shows black women have non black partners. In shows with multiple black women, often ALMOST ALL of them are in relationships with non black men. And there are never shows where black women are ONLY dating black men. You are comparing apples to oranges.
