The would've been released by now if they really existed. Dude was a civilian not a member of the government. Nothing on those tapes would've been a matter of national security to keep hidden this long. If he was just fukking some white women, the tapes would've leaked and the white women would've claimed rape or tried to profit off him in some way by now.
