He became a name chaser just like every other GM. He trotted out that analytics shyt to throw people off the scent that he couldn't sign the big names. The second he had a chance to bring in names he threw all that out the window with the quickness. Players like Dwight, Josh Smith, and Beasley are the exact opposite of what Morey's "genius" is supposed to be about. He completely ignored how pieces fit together or how personalities would work. Completely ignored building a winning culture thinking that big names would be enough.
Exactly, he's a fraud and that's why we clown his mediocre ass. Terrible GM.
