Hell
Even though I don't care for them eventually they're gonna be used alot to remote start cars and alarm systems and a bunch of other stuff apple is just milking it now before the prices and the real technology comes out to enable newer things to happen.

Regular watches especially the higher end watches will be more of a niche product.

Who didn't see this coming?

What kind of idiot pays $600 for a watch that serves the same purpose as your $600 phone?

Smart watches are pointless...Only people this shyt is even semi-useful for is workout fiends and you can cop a china joint for $20 to satisfy that need...

Most people only rock wrist pieces these days for fashion, I rarely look at mine after I put one on in the morning...

And reports of sales going down were also :duck: as June was highest month of sales :blessed:

3+ (probably 4+) million in sales, 97% customer satisfaction, over 1 billion in revenue... :spurs:

If Apple was smart they would take that Android "Rock" watch and work from there but they know the idiot sheep will buy whatever they put out anyways so it does'nt matter.

Glad they flopped but they'll continue to make bread off their "crown jewel of hypebeast items" iPhone and their overpriced PCs

I was at an IT seminar about 2 weeks after the watch first came out.
Dude I was sitting next to had one on, and everyone at the table was like:

"Oh, is that the new iwatch? :ehh:
Him: "Yeah, I got it the day it came out." :smugfavre: :obama:

The seminar was approximately 2 hours long, and I shyt you not....the dude didn't even so much as look at his watch - except for the initial time we asked him about it - not even to check the time..
fukking poser :camby:
ANYWAYS, I left the seminar thinking the watch was a complete waste.
I'd much rather have an AP, Hublot or a Tag Heuer.

Word, I love chronograph watches that's my steez. They are classy as hell and I get mad compliments..

I rock this one:

Thoughts? How much did you spend?

I got the 42MM Stainless Steel Casing with Milanese Loop.

Honest Thoughts....

I was never a huge watch wearer so at first putting it on and wearing it, it felt cumbersome, but after about a day I got used to it.
The main thing about it that shocked me was that it's the very first Apple product that I've purchased that I didn't immediately fall in love with. I'm an early adopter, I've owned the very first iPhone (got it the day of release) and every subsequent iPhone except the 3GS. The very first iPad (and every iPad except the iPad 4) and the first MacBook Air. The Apple Watch is the first of these devices that, to be honest, there's no actual NEED for. It's strictly a luxury device that I brought as a present to myself because I had some extra income and could afford it.

The pairing with my iPhone 6 Plus was seamless. Answering and making calls does have the futuristic feel. It came in handy while I was at the barber and got a call and instead of interrupting my cut I just answered right on the Watch.

Battery Life has been surprisingly efficient, i can go a whole day and put it on the charger at night and be at 52%.

Force Touch and the Digital Crown work as advertised. The Crown is probably Apple's best "innovation" for this first generation product.

As of right now I'm giving it 7/10. I will update my feeling as I use it more in my work space

As someone that has owned an Apple watch for about a month. I can honestly say its a good, solid product, but definitely has a 1.0 feel. As a timepiece is pretty fukking great though. Band options and quality construction is top notch. I'm not a huge fan of the OS though, and it is slow as fukk in my opinion. Its definitely overpriced as well. However if, you want an elegant looking smartwatch as opposed to the plastic looking pieces that the other manufacturers are making, then the Apple watch is the best option IMHO. Fitbit Charge is next best option though.
