If I watched movies on my comp or streamed to the PS3, it wouldn't be a problem. I prefer puttin' stuff directly on my PS3's HDD though. I could care less about the difference in quality. I usually watch movies once and delete most of 'em, especially superhero joints

Mkv2Vob is the program to use... extracts the movie to a ps3 compatible format.... only takes a minute or 2 on a decent computer
