America is a broke ass country with a credit card problem. Like it makes no sense for the average income to be $45K individual and $64K household yet the average home price is $370K. Who buying these sh*ts? Using the 3X income rule the average home across the country shouldn’t be more than $190K. Eventually it’s gonna all come crashing down.

Well it's most likely the amount of poor. I think 35 million are below the poverty line, that brings everything down. No bank is giving you a loan on a $350k house when your combined income is only $67k. That's how the 2008 recession started.

With that said, if the medium household income is $67k, that's not bad. Not to mention you the tax breaks. Should be enough for a $180k house and cheap car
