6'3 215lbs right now...lost 70 lbs in the last 6 months. Up n down my whole life but I'm in the best shape of my life right now, six pack and obliques are starting to show and Im stronger than I've ever been

He says "average" in that regard the way cats say "average" when looking at female attractiveness. In the fashion world and looking "good" in the clothing the average man is 5'7-5'10" and around 160 give or take 10 pounds.

When I was pushing 215 my waist was still smaller than a 32".
Just admit your waistline is wide/boxy, or you're fatter than you should be.

Right, this isn’t outrageous at all. My college roommate competes in fitness competitions and he’s 5’8”, 210 with a 28” waist. Built like a tank.
I just work out a lot, box on and off (I’m training BJJ right now though). Sounds like breh needs to hit the gym.
