I definitely am. Working on eliminating a lot of stuff from my diet now. Aside from weight gain, I’m noticing other symptoms like being tired all the time and craving bad food even when off my cycle. Also changes to my skin and nails. Trying to get it together before it becomes medically serious.

Yes you need food to stay alive, but who is actually just eating to stay alive? Almost everyone eats for pleasure.
Sadly in this world their are still millions who only eat for sustenance. That doesn't seem like it should be the ideal, thats a sign of poverty.
Yes everyone who eats typically enjoys eating, again why wouldn't they?
A person who needs to eat enjoys eating, a person who enjoys eating obviously enjoys it. Either way its a function required to live period, so its absurd to classify it as an addiction.

It would be like claiming breathing oxygen for human is an addiction

Real talk Americans are over stimulized with food from TV and ads

Im already used to eating once a day and with drinking a lot of good water throughout the day I can go every other day and not feet sluggish and moody and tired

Now I'm trying to incorporate eating super foods with water so I don't have to eat that much anymore

Some seamoss bladderwack hemp milk goji Berry's ( yah nikkas can recommend me some more if yah can I'm new to this)

Food addiction has nothing to do with how frequently you eat...

But yea, no shyt, we definitely consume more food than necessary in the US

People can do a lot of things, but take away their food and watch all hell break loose.

The average person could not complete a 24 hour fast right now.

Its not necessary to eat every few hours. Humans already have glycogen stores (pockets of energy in the liver/muscle) ready for use. However these energy stores are never tapped because most people eat every few hours, which decreases glucagon (hormone that uses glycogen for energy).

Somewhere along the way big corporations started marketing eating constantly as something that is necessary, and behind the scenes they loaded food with shyt to make our brain crave more, like a drug.

Everyone should at least try intermittent fasting and see the benefits for themselves. If for nothing else than to prove to theirself that they are or are not addicted to food

Be real with yourself, are you addicted to food? :ufdup:

:mjlol::mjcry:

Story of my Life I am an emotional eater :ehh: I lust for food in Life :mjcry::wow:
