Basic confidence is a given. Being humble has its advantages.
Basic confidence is not a given, because that is all women are asking for yet it is being turned into something completely different.
Who said that it wasn't important to be humble? Humbleness was not the topic. The topic was equating having a basic level of self confidence with wanting a womanizing Superhero. One can be humble and still manage not to practice the art of self deprecation.
This is the problem with black women. It's always no sympathy for you but whoa is me with all this criticism guys...
no.
I also like your cop out by saying any black woman "in your peer group" and not just "any black woman". Because you know that wouldn't be true. A lot of these after-thot minded females with exaggerated beliefs come from their after-thot minded mothers who remain thot minded because nobody wants to claim responsibility for how they treat the opposite sex during youth. But the truth is it starts with the females in your peer group.
That is not called a cop out. It is called logic - get some. Your issue is that you don't like how I left little room to criticize black women as a whole when it comes to how an individual may or may not have been raised.
If I just said blame your parents, then how on earth would I also say it is the fault of no black woman on this earth?
Yes, if you are a man whose parents did not properly raise him, blame your mother and father for failing at the task. Black women in your peer group have nothing to do with your careless upbringing.
Furthermore, I am not really here for this black women vs. black men divide so save that for someone who supports your agenda. Black men and women will either rise together or fall together so I don't have time for the nonsense.
