Apparently James Gunn hasnt heard that rumor either, since he also commented on how there wasnt a full script turned in yet. I dont think he would be commenting anything about the script if that was the reason for such a long delay.
Also it seems that rumor was put out there by trash ass/racist Grace. So grain of salt and all that. There was also a rumor that the delay was caused by him going to a divorce.
W/e he going through, he can pass the script duties off to the next person and focus on himself. Chadwick filmed black panther when he was going through his situation

Well hopefully its a rumor but it worried me when campea said he knew what it was and said he refused to talk about an it was Reeves job to tell the ppl if he were to tll them at all. He called grace trash basically but also refused to say she was lying. That worried me and made me realize i could chill on the rush for the batman 2....Ill be happy if he finishes the script and lets the main penguin directors handle the film, but as always health comes first.

what a mess. Hopefully the movie has some sort of finality to it if this is going to be the last time we see this batman world. I don't wanna see no Robin cape at the end or penguin fat ass giggling in the after credits. they screwed the pooch on this one.
The movie should've been out this year to go off of the Penguin. For it to not even be filmed yet is really terrible. But they clearly thought Gunn was gonna be OK with an unfinished script when they greenlit this. they really should've just brought on another co director.

I dont think it will have finality unless he did some major rewrites.IIRC Colin Farrel sorta confirmed he will be in Batman 3 when he was talking about how many scenes he has in 2. Colin sorta one of the major villains in 3.

Unless they rewrote to fit this into DCU, just get this shti over with all the momentum is gone.
Nah, shyt is going to do numbers, just of it being a sequel alone. Let them get another big name to play one of the villains and release a dope trailers and the hype will be ridiculous.
