that's messed up. his phone catches fire and they demand he remove the Youtube video about it and basically never discuss it in public then offer him a single replacement (probably a refurb) and if it happens again they basically told him don't contact them about it. guess i know not to buy any of their products.

Basically shows that Samsung is not standing behind their products. This is disgusting and unacceptable to me.

Buy a $600+ phone only to be told to remove all proof of an incident all over the internet if it breaks in order to receive a replacement brehs.
