Can't really disagree with this post, but it's hard to argue with when it's pretty well-accepted that he's legitimately in shooting range when he crosses half-court.

With a release as quick as his, I'm surprised he didn't get a step or two closer.

To be fair, they kind of stopped feeding him when Curry came back in the game. Granted, the flow of the game somewhat dictated it, but they went away from the hot hand in that quarter.

Which is weird because whenever Klay heats up they're usually falling over themselves to get him the ball, something Kerr has even complained about in the past
