Neither of those were normal calls that would be made, let alone at the end of regulation where we constantly hear refs "let them play", let alone the same call twice in a row that turns a Rocket win into a Celtic win. Not to mention Smart is a notorious flopper, and they weren't even convincing flops.
None of that justifies the refs stealing a win from one team and giving it to the other. That's what we watched tonight.

Yes and you can also find numerous others during the course of the game that went against Houston. So what makes this different? Why does the NBA make a point to release reviews and corrections of missed calls in the last two minutes? Oh right, because those are the ones that ultimately decide the game. Where do you think the notion of "let them play" at the end of games comes from? Because typically it's not a good look to have the ref be the deciding factor in who wins and loses at the end of the game. Common sense. And so to have that happen on two beyond questionable, just outright bad flop calls, and the ref falls for it twice in a row and just hands Boston the win
