my main thing is i don't know how to condition the opponent.

What you mean is "knowing the match-up"...In order to effectively defeat another player you must know the character...
Bottom line is, sf takes years to get good at, you are starting late in the game...It just takes time, the best advice I could probably give is to spend time in endless lobbies playing better players..

You need a gameplan. Conditioning an opponent is easy... once you have a gameplan.
