I watched the whole thing. The brother is right. 
Alot of people myself included have adapted to learned helplessness so when a opportunity presents itself we (NOT ALL) automatically sabotage it.
Its a sickness and it has to be cured. Learning about it and admitting you have the first step.

It's all about the kids, they need to be inspired. why are so called adults losing their minds over this movie???????? this shyt is crazy to me.
Its about the kids and adults there is something there for everyone to take.

Do these same people hate on these other superhero movies or have they been brainwashed to feel some type of way about a 98% black cast with a black director. While the movie is inspiring a generation of kids and breaking box office records throughout the world?
Destroying hollywood's BS excuse that primarily positive black movies don't sell internationally? These people always come out when it's anything positive for their own people.
There are some people that go all out for this movie, but they're a minority.
