I've had some horrible hangovers from drinking all night until like 1-2 AM and then having to be at work at 7 AM talking on a phone and staring at a fukking computer screen until 5 PM.
You can beat the hangover!
In one sitting...
--Alka Seltzer Cold Plus (they have Cherry and Orange flavors too) in 4-6 oz of water
--Vitamin Water Revive or Gatorade
--Chicken biscuit or some sort of greasy/filling breakfast food that isn't too crazy for your stomach
Bonus points
--drink 1-2 liters of water as the day goes on, mixing in some shytty meals every now and then
--I sometimes find that some sort of greens, like a salad or some lettuce wraps from PF Changs carryout or a similar place, will "scrub your insides." I know it's a silly way to look at things like that, but it really does make you feel better.
--if it's the weekend, or you don't have to do anything for the day, you're straight. SLEEP that thing off watching movies or something. Or just get some bud if you can.
--also, if it's the weekend, start drinking again
sometimes, if the hangover is just that shytty, you just have to kiss the day goodbye and understand that no matter what you do, the hangover is going to kick your ass. you're just going to have to get drunk again, but not as drunk as the night before, and put up with a much lesser degree of hangover the next day. hair of the dog is usually frowned upon, but when there's nothing you can do anyway, you might as well get drunk and get over it and save a weakling hangover for the next day.
