i heard drinking pedialyte before and after...and a bc powder

also take a shot of what u were drinking the night before and you'll be straight...i done had some of the worse hangovers of all time

I've had some horrible hangovers from drinking all night until like 1-2 AM and then having to be at work at 7 AM talking on a phone and staring at a fukking computer screen until 5 PM.

You can beat the hangover!

In one sitting...
--Alka Seltzer Cold Plus (they have Cherry and Orange flavors too) in 4-6 oz of water
--Vitamin Water Revive or Gatorade
--Chicken biscuit or some sort of greasy/filling breakfast food that isn't too crazy for your stomach

Bonus points
--drink 1-2 liters of water as the day goes on, mixing in some shytty meals every now and then
--I sometimes find that some sort of greens, like a salad or some lettuce wraps from PF Changs carryout or a similar place, will "scrub your insides." I know it's a silly way to look at things like that, but it really does make you feel better.
--if it's the weekend, or you don't have to do anything for the day, you're straight. SLEEP that thing off watching movies or something. Or just get some bud if you can.
--also, if it's the weekend, start drinking again

sometimes, if the hangover is just that shytty, you just have to kiss the day goodbye and understand that no matter what you do, the hangover is going to kick your ass. you're just going to have to get drunk again, but not as drunk as the night before, and put up with a much lesser degree of hangover the next day. hair of the dog is usually frowned upon, but when there's nothing you can do anyway, you might as well get drunk and get over it and save a weakling hangover for the next day.

also, having something to do really helps as well. go meet a friend for some lunch or something. go to the pool. get some errands done.

best hangover of all time is a college football saturday or NFL sunday. watching football can kill any hangover. usually because you're drinking as well, or gambling.

greasy foods, or something to empty your stomach via mega dump will save your day. poop out the poison and you're good to go.

16 tips to cure hangover

  1. Don’t drink cheap alcoholic beverages. More expensive liquors contain less filler congeners, which may contribute to causing hangovers.
  2. Drink lot of water during and after drinking alcohol.
  3. Aspirin or ibuprofen are both fine choices if you have a headache the morning after boozing, but avoid Acetaminophen, due to liver-damaging reactions with alcohol metabolites.
  4. When dehydrated, we lose not only water, but electrolytes, too. Refuel them with bananas or by eating any other potassium rich-food.
  5. Avoid “diet” mixers, because these kind of drinks contain no sugar or calories, without which the alcohol shoots directly into the bloodstream.
  6. Drink boiled water with honey and lemon.
  7. Eat foods with high carbohydrate content. These foods alleviate nausea and help your body soak up the alcohol in your system.
  8. Alcohol will lead to a drop in blood sugar, so boost it back up with a glass of OJ in the morning.
  9. One drink – a 12-ounce beer, 5 ounces of wine, or 1.5 ounces of hard liquor – is metabolized by your body in about an hour. Drink one unit per hour and you will avoid hangover the next morning.
  10. Get outdoors to breath some fresh air. Oxygen increases the rate that alcohol toxins are broken down.
  11. Choose light alcohol over dark alcohol.
  12. Drink ginger tea.
  13. Take a multivitamin before and after drinking, although yet no studies have found that any particular vitamins do anything for a hangover.
  14. Distract yourself. Giving yourself time to rest and recover is the best way to make hangover go away.
  15. Go back to sleep. Alcohol disrupts the sleep cycle, so part of the reason you are feeling so tired is because your body is sleep-deprived.
  16. The Best Cure: Prevention. If you want you can drink responsibly.
