when it's ALL said and done...and hip hop don't mean a thing anymore...the best mixtape series of all time may be the Soul Tapes, i have to agree....but it's really all relative...you got to be able to relate to and appreciate the music whether it be from these tapes or another series to even have a valid opinion.
