what's your 3 mile run time? instead:skip:
I do that to burn myself out after squats, leg presses, hamstring curls, captain chair knee raises(but i just swing my entire legs up instead 3*20 times).

3 mile? I dont do that. For cardio day i run at 12.5 for 30 seconds on the treadmil for 9 times and 13 for 30 secs on the 10th time but i take a 1 min inbetween each as well
