This is true, a lot of beta males out there, gotta take charge brehs. 
Honestly though the formation of relationship and what women pursue are a little more complicated, than the article suggests, furthermore most 'alphas' become betas depending on the situation.

Alpha/Beta ideology is nonsense. It's all about looks. Women care about looks as much as men do, but they create reasons to disqualify a man "boring, not a leader, no personalty" etc. Instead of calling him ugly like a man would do.
