vote and speak on it!
, because i know the both of y'all love each of these albums dearly and i love to read y'all's perspective on each, always insightful

Definitely Cuban Linx. You could hear the hunger and desperation to get off the streets in the intro. Jay Z came more from the perspective of a kingpin trying to clean up his money while for Rae and Ghost hip hop was life or death.
Im pretty sure Jay came in the rap game with way more money than Rae and Ghost had after a couple years in the rap game too![]()
Cuban linx still ride till this day shyt is organic drug rap

This is a website filled with people who know nothing about going up the hill in the Broadway/Amsterdam section to cop in the 90's and you asking a question about albums of such caliber that these fools cant answer because 1) those albums are over the top with exaggerations and 2) these fools cant relate to being on the corner like that?

Reasonable Doubt is my fav album of all time, so it gets my vote, but OB4CL is not far behind it.
I've played these two more than any other, and to this day, they at least get spinned on a weekly basis.
Can't go wrong with either.
You don't have to have first hand experience to judge something....the fukk?
Go on a sports website and tell people they can't rank QBs because they're not in the NFL, brehs.
Fred.

terrible comparison because people on sports websites might have played actual football in school.
But lets flip that foolish statement u said about 'not having first hand experience to judge something" the right way....Would u ask a virgin about advice on sex?? Would u ask someone who's never been to Hawaii about Hawaii??
