I think people too quickly pick AZ for the flow, but this song tho...one of the most impeccable performances on the mic I ever heard.
Plus he's aged very well, one of the best if not the best out of the 90's. AZ not so much imo. Plus O.C. been the same since the beginning, never a maffioso rap phase or anything (and AZ's maffioso character was never believable to begin with)
Edit: I said if not the best to age well from the 90's, but that might be Raekwon.

AZ has the rhyme schemes but O.C. has more to say
Word Life vs Doe or Die are both top "underrated classics", I think AZ got higher peaks but OC could do it on a more consistent basis with a more dynamic execution in terms of not always trying to remake your peaks as in AZ's case.
