Nas was clearly more "in the zone" on Intercourse than Deck was on Triumph. But Deck's verse is more "perfect", the beat, the situation (first verse on the epic first single). That verse is pretty much the EXACT moment that the Wu peaked. Deck was all energy, Nas was just showing natural effortless greatness.
There is really no answer. But I'll go with Deck cuz that verse is like the pledge of allegiance to Wu stans.
