The Bible conveys three aspects of this universal kingdom: 1) Psalm 10:16 - The Kingdom of God has always existed in the sense that, "The Lord is King for ever and ever". There has never been a time when God has not ruled in the universe. 2) Psalm 103:19 - states that, "The Lord hath prepared His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom ruleth over all". There is nothing that exists beyond His control, so that it is a universal kingdom. 3) Isa. 10:5-18 - God's universal rule is extended to earth, where He rules through second causes, i.e. rulers whom He has set up, and nature which is under His control

verse 3 - Their pride of ruling the world has deceived them. He is calling out where they used to live before...in caves. They like tall buildings which they promoted across the globe and they have high positions on this planet and they say in their heart "who can bring us down?"
verse 4 - There symbol is the Eagle look at all the symbols of the old Edomite empires: Greek, Roman, Spanish, German. French, the USA. They all use the Eagle as their symbol. its not a coincidence.

According to the prophecies in the Bible the last war ever will look like this with America aka Babylon being destroyed by nuclear missiles by multiple countries that have the technology. They will all shoot their nuclear missiles together with one consent to destroy America when we least expect it. That is why the US is worried about nuclear missiles being built by other countries. They are hoping to stop the prophecies, but this country is done already. Its destruction is marked, the LORDs words don't EVER fall to the ground.
