That conference will eventually fall apart. Too many schools in flyover country that really bring nothing to the table. It's the only conference that literally depends on one school and state (Texas) to keep it afloat. That is not sustainable.

Its hard to stop these air raid offenses... Colleges don't have the elite athletes to matchup with those schemes.

You have to recruit more athletic LBs and Dlineman and you also have to build offense that can match points quickly.

They don't need houston. Texas needs to get away from Texas Tech, OU, West Virginia, TCU and all of these teams that play dissimilar from the powerhouses outside of their conference

It's not going to happen. There's so much politics involved with all of these Texas schools and the Big 12. The only reason Baylor made it in the Big 12 instead of UH in the first place is because some politician who went to Baylor played their cards. Before Art Briles got there, Baylor wasn't shyt. At least UH has some history in football AND basketball. All of these schools are going to stick with Texas for as long as they can because they can't survive without them. A&M got away because they had a spot in the SEC. Those other schools won't have that luxury.
