This article says FIBA made a decision because the rules in Big 3 are significantly different to FIBA/Olympic sanctioned 3x3 basketball and international players need to get permission before playing. Doesn’t mention anything about the NBA interfering.

Side note, it also says FIBA have started a partnership with KG’s 3x3 league

The 400K number is true. Big 3 viewership was in that steady 400K viewer range last summer too…that’s not a failing league . When you look at the numbers It really is comparable to MLB national games

Big 3 can’t get major money because of limited dates and probably a lack of relationship..but the narrative surrounding it doesn’t match up with reality

That 400k number is mostly useless because we don't know what it's supposed to be compared to. If they project they should be doing 300k that 400k is great. If they project they should be doing 600k that 400k is bad.

No, that was ya'll (not you, specifically) giving the NBA the "pro-black" label. I just got annoyed by the vanialla ass "protest" of stickers on the courts and jerseys. After Obama made them go back to work, I knew what time it really was.

Plus, 70% of NBA players go broke after retiring, I'll never see why anyone thinks the league has any "alumni" relationship with past players outside of celebrating stars.
