Whites see light skinned and dark skinned as the same thing (Black) unless the light skinned person is passable as white.

In college, I've been around whites who say a light skinned person and a dark skinned person look just alike just because they're both black. They'll even refer to a light skinned person as "chocolate" tone.

So it doesn't matter.

Cacs treat dark skins worse than any other group and do not treat others the same way. This has been the case since the beginning of human history. Studies prove it.

I didn't say studies did. I was speaking on a personal account.
Not to mention, its different for men and women.

Dark skinned men are the most desired men ( because they are seen as the most masculine)
It's the opposite for women (because they are seen as the most masculine).
