the biggest problem with black people in general is self hatred.

it pretty much sums up what's the problem in black america.

i can give 100 examples but i'm not going to do that. you already know. hell, a lot of you actually exhibit some self hatred towards yourself and your fellow black counterparts simply because of you and their black skin tone. we basically think that because we're black or that the next person skin tone is black that we aren't entitled to happiness in general. yeah, the world may be prejudiced towards black people BUT that shouldn't be an excuse for you to hate yourself or fellow black people outthere for being black.

and before you go out and doubt what i say. look how many posts in here refer to black men as n-words and all the damn racial slurs in the book. how black women are referred to as b!tches. how black people are basically applauded for underachieving, being ignorant, following stereotypes, basically thinking inside the "black box" set apart for them by society and etc. there are people in here that are accept the idea that black people can't do any better or know any better. we accept our self destructiveness as normal. everytime a black man breaks out of the mold of what is expected of him, he gets look down for it. it shouldn't be like that where a black man is being looked down on for working, not spending his money on expensive clothes, chasing after broads everyday, having a baby mama, getting married and having kids and staying committed to his wife, being born and raised in the suburbs, not going off on somebody because they disrespected him and the whole nine. hell, a lot of these stereotypes are basically signs of self destruction.

black people's biggest enemies are themselves.

that's like blaming the drug problem on crack heads, while ignoring the drug dealer, supplier, prison industrial complex, and the tolerance we learn/develop to accept other folks suffering, as long as you not

:laff: and what is your point exactly? are you saying that blaming other people for basically the bad choices they make while the next person capitalizes off of their mistake in a food chain effect? that has absolutely nothing to do with what i'm talking about.

the drug problem is basically capitalism at work. what are you talking about, homes? here i am trying to make a point and once again, as an ignorant fool, you gotta go like "i don't wanna hear that sh!t" man. i'm cool with what the way i'm thinking yet you don't realize that a part of your thinking has you ready to get combative when you're being told to stop thinking into that "black box" the system wants you to be programmed into. the world is ready to f*ck you over for being black. do you have to f*ck over yourself as well being ignorant?

I hate you black bast-ards, you *stink*! I hate your black skin. I hate your black pants. I hate black pepper. I hate black keys on a piano. I hate my gums, because they're black. I hate Whoopi Goldberg's *lips*. I hate the back of Forrest Whittaker's neck. Huh? Most of all, I hate that black-ass Wesley Snipes.

:laff: and what is your point exactly? blaming people for bad choices you make is not what's up. in your flowchart, you pretty much used people that made bad choices and the next person profiting off it in a food chain like effect.

The point is that you need to step your rationalizing game up. Everything in society overlaps along some path. So if you want to simplify the mind of a human, while conveniently ignoring that humans are products of learned behavior, then your thread is simply for trolling and not for honest discussion

you are talking out your ass.

the point i'm making is accepting responsibility, striving for better, and not giving up hope. you're basically justifying the blame game that's going on. according to you and what you're saying, you're basically telling me that people should simply wait for trees to grow money or pigs to fly in order to help themselves. hell.. you don't even have to be a millionaire to help yourself. you can start a day by doing little whether it's saving your money up, reading an article or whatever. what i'm seeing is basically a pattern where you have black people basically giving up, saying this is all we got because things aren't ever going to change so let's just stay the way we are and live for now because that's all we can do. society is f*cked up so let's be f*cked up ourselves, it's not like the world is going to care.

i did mention already about how society is already against black people. i also said that simply because of that or that the world is f*cked up shouldn't be a damn excuse to basically be ignorant and dig yourself in a hole. so because black people are hated in the world and things aren't going to get better shouldn't be a damn excuse to call yourself the n-word, waste your money on stupid sh!t, ready to fight other black people in order to prove how tough you are or whatever and basically be ignorant. if you want to be ignorant, that's fine BUT just remember, don't cry to anybody when someone takes advantage of you because of it. at the end of the day, the person that wastes his money on all those clothes is basically f*cking himself away. all that money could actually go to other places besides self indulgence. the person that calls himself the n-word basically enables other people to call him that word. the person who is ready to fight the next person pretty much leaves himself to be target as well as anyone who is seen around him.

if you're not willing to open your mind, you will NOT go places.

my thread is trolling? i would say that your responses are.

you basically want to say that "society is this way and things overlap which is the reason why things are the way they are". well, guess what, that's STILL an excuse.

look @ it like this. that would be like saying that because i live in brownsville, brooklyn in the projects as a 26 year old man where i'm living on welfare because i can't get a job to save my life, that means that i can't go about trying to make the best out of my life as i see fit.

should i let my situation make me not want to go to the library and study for my LSAT test coming up? should i let my situation stop me from searching for a job and filing applications until somebody calls back? should i let my situation make me go outthere and start selling drugs and risk my life as a means to make more money? should i let my situation allow me to do things that could make my problems much worse such as using drugs or putting myself in debt or getting some woman pregnant knowing that i don't have any money to raise a kid?

you get where i'm getting at. a lot of this sh!t stems from hopelessness. the fact that things aren't going to be any better so why not just live this way?
