I remember reading that originally: Billy Dee Williams was supposed to be Two-Face, Marlon Wayans as Robin, and Damon Wayans as Riddler. Would have been Batman Black Execellence had that happened... but instead we got what we got

Hell yes, plenty of black cinema at that time debuted number 1 at the box office and did numbers.. Poetic Justice, Bad Boys, Waiting To Exhale, thats off the top of my head. Considering how big a film Batman was in the early to mid '90's, it would have done numbers. And maybe they could have replaced Billy Dee with someone more known at that time like Laurence Fishburne, Wesley Snipes or shyt even Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence if they wanted Two Face to be more lighthearted
