instead of shooting and killing each other they were sniping and shooting police officers. Instead of robbing their community they were robbing banks. They were breaking their political prisoners out of prison. They were feeding the community instead of pushing poison.

:wow:

The problem was they didnt vet these street nikkas hard enough and let snitches and nikkas who didnt care about black empowerment into their organizations which led to the downfall of the movement when the government pushed in drugs.

Now nikkas too busy chasing clout and IG thots to care about their community. Killing each other with impunity while white supremacy continues to have a boot on our necks.

True unity is the answer but the community is missing that mindset of a shared commitment to achieving our goals and it’s affecting all levels(bougoise, middle class, etc).Additonally we don’t keep that same energy on shyt.Thats why with certain issues that come up theirs is confusion and dissent and nikkas are either moving with their own individualistic pursuits or moving as a monolith that has no tolerance for those who break code.We gotta find a middle ground between the two.

You're definitely right about this.
They had massive internal issues because a lot of them really were just street nikkas though, they were still beating nikkas asses, robbing people, moving drugs, and in and out of prison for various offenses.

When the Feds would pin crimes on them, they were often less sympathetic because it was hard to tell fake charges from real charges. Even more than that, a lot of dudes really rallied enough public support to get off on real charges by framing them as fake

There are small scale movements like this now (Ferguson, Jackson, Columbus), but the support wave isn't quite the same, especially because its easy to slide from genuine Black Power into hoteppery, which comes with a lot of attractive women :hubie:
