Anytime I hear anyone call that album a classic i just go

at the proceedings like the fukk you talking about, b?
Reasonable Doubt is a classic, The Black Album is dope as fukk and I can see that being called a classic. The Blueprint though? nahhhhh. The Takeover was a classic, there was other good tracks but like every Jay-Z record not named Reasonable Doubt or The Black Album it has more shyt songs on it than good.
It's the reason why even though I think Jay's verse going at Nas was hot, "One hot album every ten year average" and that album breakdown just make me go "Come on Jay

" That's more accurate for him. It Was Written was a classic, not just Illmatic. I Am was aight, Nastradamus was garbage, Stillmatic was dope and near classic status, God's Son and Street's Disciple were aight, Hip Hop Is Dead was dope and Untitled was meh. Life Is Good was definitely good but not near Nas's highs. Distant Cousins was fantastic too.
As for Jay. Reasonable Doubt is a classic, the Black Album is dope as fukk and near classic status, and the blueprint is aight but overrated. So that's 3 albums worth mentioning out of eleven, and that's not including all the collaborative shyt he released.
They are both one of the greatest to ever do it, but Nas simply has the better output.
