Thats my thought too.
Bloodline doesnt have a Horace or a random Biker dude thats what edges them out.
NWO has iconic moments and fukkery but the influx of midcarders and eventual faction split to NWO wolfpack waters them down.
I give it to the Bloodline because of the coheisiveness of the group and story
Bloodline doesn't touch 96-98 NWO.
