It's that way in LA and most of SoCal, and I think nationally too, because Crips started expanding outside of California sooner.

I think SD the only place in SoCal with more Bloods than Crips. In NorCal there are more Bloods than Crips, still a lot of Crips though. The Crips got to NorCal first, I think Bloods were just more aggressive with growth.

To my understanding when you go to the pen its still waaayyy more Crips, we outnumber them in NorCal but it ain't to a degree that makes up the imbalance overall
